The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an aggressive and unrealistic new emissions regulation that would effectively mandate that two out of every three vehicles sold in the U.S. be a battery electric vehicle (BEV) by 2032.  If passed, this could directly harm Toyota and the entire U.S. auto industry.
